Account & Data Deletion Request
Life Hack Developer – instacalc.inUsers who have signed in to our applications (such as our Age Calculator) via Google Sign-In (OAuth) or a direct account can request the permanent deletion of their profile and all associated data at any time.
What data we collect
To provide personalized features and tools, we may collect and securely store the following information:
- Google profile name and email (used exclusively for authentication)
- Basic profile details: Name, Email, and Password (for direct accounts)
- App-specific data: Saved dates, events, or other entries
- User preferences and personalized app settings
- Historical calculation logs saved to your profile
How to request deletion
Follow these simple steps to ensure your request is processed quickly:
- Fill out the secure contact form below.
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in your message.
- Provide the registered email address and the app name.
What happens next
- Your request will be prioritized and processed within 7 working days.
- All personal data and account identifiers will be permanently purged from our production servers.
- A final confirmation email will be sent once the action is complete.
Data we may retain
After your account is deleted, we only retain anonymous, non-identifiable telemetry (e.g., general usage statistics) that cannot be linked to an individual. This helps us maintain app performance for all users.
